Price list
The prices are per week (Sat to Sat - arrive after 3.30 pm, depart before 10.30am). Please always inform us of your arrival time, and if you are delayed, try to contact us. We will always endeavour to greet you and show you the cottages.

Payment
A deposit by cheque or bank transfer is required to secure a cottage, with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival , the amount of the deposit will be communicated to you at the time of booking, depending on the length of stay. All cheques made payable to Hill Farm Holiday Cottages. Payment can be made in cash on arrival, this can be agreed and discussed at the time of booking. Immediately inform us if a booking has to be cancelled, a deposit is non refundable.
Booking Terms and Conditions
The owners reserve the right to refuse admission where more than the agreed number occupy the property and refuse any booking without explanation, this will be treated as a cancellation, no refund will be made, the owner accepts no liability. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. The owners reserve the right to ask guests to leave at any time during the letting period should the terms and conditions not be adhered to. No pets are allowed. Children must be supervised at all times, this is a working farm.
